Texas Hold'em & Omaha
Poker, the great American card game, is an international mix out of various card games from Asia and Europe. The name probably comes from the French game known as Poque which was played at the end of the 17th Century.
Hold’em is a variant of Poker played with community cards. Two main variants of this game are Texas Hold’em and Omaha.
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 people can play. For each game one of the players is designated as the dealer and a dealer button is placed in front of that player. After each game this button moves clockwise from player to player around the table. This way each player eventually arrives at the strategic advantage of being the last one who needs to speak during a round.
